1868-1912 De La Rue issues, a mint and used collection mounted and written-up on pages, including 1868 1d. block of four, 2d. corner blocks of eight with plate numbers "2" and "3" and a marginal block of four plate proofs in black on thin card, 1868-76 rouletted 2d. mint (2) and used with a range of Departmentals, perf 11½-12½ 1d. mint (2), perf 10 x roulette 2d. mint pair and used (3), perf 10 1d. mint (10 including a block of four) and 2d. mint (10 including a block of four) and perf compound 1d. mint pair, 1871 wmk V over Crown 2d. used (8), 1876-1904 wmk Crown SA (close), perf 10 1d. mint blocks of six, four (2), strip of three and pairs (2), and 2d. mint blocks of eight and four (5) and singles (4), used block of thirty plus a group of Departmentals, perf 11½-12½ 1d. used and perf 13 1d. rosine OS block of four, pair and single mint with overprint inverted, and singles (4) used with overprint double 1883-99 3d. die proof (surface damage) marked "before hardening" and dated "16 oct 85", 4d. imperforate plate proof corner blocks of eight (2) and a block of four, perf 10 3d. overprinted "specimen" and mint (9), 4d. mint (4), 6d. overprinted "specimen" and mint (4), perf 15 4d. (9) and 6d. mint, 1891-93 perf 10 5d. on 6d. mint blocks of thirty-six and eight, perf 11½-12½ 2½d. on 4d. mint pair and perf 15 2½d. on 4d. mint (3), and 1894-1906 2½d. and 5d. die proofs in black on glazed card, 2½d. (6) and 5d. (6) top corner imperforate colour trial blocks of eight with plate number. Also a folded sheet of gummed Crown over SA (close) paper with "2d298438" overprinted at lower left (some faults. A good lot, condition generally fine and worth careful examination.
