Printing 2, June 1896 - ½a., 1a., 1½a., 2a. blue, 2½a., 3a., 4a. slate-green, 8a. magenta and 1r. green and aniline carmine
The "On BEA" printing of the low values was followed in June by a substantial printing of the "On India" stamps with a virtually identical setting, save that the space between "z" and "i" variety was now present on R.1/6. See plating chart in Figure 5

The new shades of the 4a. (slate-green rather than olive-green) and 8a. (magenta rather than dull mauve) were now in evidence
