1873 (25 May) envelope (small faults) from Singapore to Nagapatam, marked "Via Galle", bearing 12c. blue (straight-edge at right) tied by manuscript marking and small circle of bars and showing "singapore/paid" c.d.s. in red; 1879 (24 Sept.) entire letter from Singapore to Calcutta (address with some ink-etching), bearing 2c. brown (3) crossed by manuscript marking and cancelled by blue firm's chop and "B/172" obliterator, and showing "singapore/paid" c.d.s. in red.
