Die I strip of three (one crossed by ironed-out vertical filing crease) with close to large margins, each cancelled by diamond of dots and tied by framed "india paid" in red and manuscript "40"? in red crayon and, on reverse, Hong Kong transit c.d.s. (30.1.56). A rare franking illustrating the 3a. rate which was only in used for 31 days. (ID). Photo
