The writer mentions "..the fleet arrived here and are since gone to Jamaica, the general rendezvous for the Northern forces and those under Brig. Wentworth who succeeds Lord Cathcart who died a Bloody Flux at Dominique and whose loss gives universal concern and will particularly to Sir James Cunningham and young gentlemen whose fortunes were embarqued with him.".
