1815 (18 June) entire letter to Edinburgh, rated "1/4½", showing step-type "port glasgow/ship letter", red arrival datestamp and, on reverse across join, very fine double-lined oval "Ship Letter/Crown/grenada" (Proud Type SL1; latest recorded date). Very rare, only six examples of this Ship Letter recorded. Photo
