Official entire from Richmond and sent in error to Resident Magistrate at Graaf Reinet instead of Beaufort, marked "Refused for Postage" at Graaf Reinet and charged 1/- for transit to Graaf-Reinet and another 1/- for return to Richmond where sender had to pay 2/- to get his letter back; piece missing from reverse due to seal removal.
