(2d.) greyish slate, bisected vertically, clearly cancelled "1" and tied on 1854 (11 Aug.) Prices Current entire, rated "4" to Bermuda, the reverse showing despatch and St. Thomas (15.8) datestamps; a couple of creases well clear of the bisect. Very rare and one of only two of this bisect recorded to Bermuda. S.G. 4b, £8,500. Photo
