1883 (12 Jan.) envelope to Holland, addressed to "His Lordship Bishop J.F.H. Mislemores care of the Dutch Consul at Borne", bearing 4d. blue tied by two strikes of "borne" c.d.s. (20.1), showing St. Kitts c.d.s. alongside and red crayon "3" with, on reverse, red London transit datestamp; the envelope and adhesive with some faults including light staining, nevertheless a most unusual franking.
