1878 (14 Mar.) double rate mourning envelope to USA bearing, on reverse, 1d. magenta block of twelve (3x4) clearly tied by manuscript "Stamped" down the centre vertical row, dumb obliterator and blue arrival datestamp, the face showing red crayon "4" plus St. Kitts and New York "due/5/cents" datestamps; piece missing from lower right of face panel.
