1871 (post Apr.) blue envelope (200x94mm.) from Charlotte Town to Belfast, bearing perf. 11½-12 1d. orange-yellow and 1870 4½d. yellow-brown pair and two singles all indistinctly cancelled and with indistinct despatch datestamp below; a few creases and other faults in places as to be expected with a cover of this nature though a very rare and almost certainly unique parcel post franking of 15d. postage and 3d. registration.
