1864 (9 May) large part entire from Charlotte Town to a ship builder at Montague River, George Town, bearing perf. 9 2d. rose and 6d. yellow-green both neatly cancelled with oval of bars and showing curved "registered" handstamp in red at left, the reverse with despatch and arrival datestamps; the adhesives with defects and the entire with a few small faults, nevertheless a rare first issue franking.
