1865 (13 Apr.) double rate envelope from St. Eleanors to Charlotte Town, underpaid with perf. 11½-12 2d. rose cancelled with oval of bars and showing cursive "4" due handstamp alongside, despatch and arrival datestamps on reverse, recipients notes across face panel. Very rare with only four examples of this postage due handstamp recorded, all used in 1864-65. Greene Foundation Certificate (2004). Photo
