1943 (28 Jan.) envelope to Ipoh, bearing Negri Sembilan Dai Nippon 15c. and Peral Kanji 8c. cancelled "kuala kangsar" c.d.s. and showing framed "kuala kangasar" h.s. (partly assisted) in violet; a very rare mark which was only in use for two weeks, the cover resealed by censor with wax and violet chop. A fine and interesting cover.
