1942 (18 June) locally addressed envelope bearing Dai Nippon 2c. orange block of six (3x2) tied by "dai nippon/ g.p.o penang" c.d.s., [2/2] showing inking flaw which has omitted '2602' and most of the letters in "penang", tone spots to cover, identifying notes in ink on face, and address removed and re-added, though an interesting and striking variety.
