1910 (13 Nov.) large red band cover double registered to Peking bearing C.I.P. 1c., 5c. and 10c. (3) tied by Tihwa c.d.s. with fine strikes of the registration handstamp and large "AR", the cover is handstamped with characters "Via Russia" and, on the reverse, the English address to the Board of Finance in Peking "Via Siberia". Paying 16c. for double weight international postage and 10c. each for registration and acknowledgement of receipt, A very good cover. Photo
