1909 (16 May) red band envelope registered to Tientsin bearing, on the reverse, pair of Arms 7k. tied by Chuguchak type C2 c.d.s. with a another strike and similar despatch c.d.s. (17.5) alongside plus the red on white registration label type CR2 and Tientsin City English/Chinese arrival (2.5), the front with Tientsin Russian Post Office c.d.s. (6.6). The cover is marked in Chinese "from Urumchi" and below the registration label is the manuscript registration number "842" applied in Urumchi. Rare. Signed by Peter Holcombe. Photo
