Charles I (1625-49), Unite, group A, Tower (under King), 8.97g, m.m. lis, carolvs.' d.' g.' mag.' bri.' fr.' et hi.' rex., double-arch crowned bust left, wearing coronation robes, rev. florent concordia regna, no stops in reverse legend, crowned and garnished shield (cf. Schneider 112-15, {all with colon or single stops on reverse}; N.2146; S.2685), the reverse variety not represented in Schneider's corpus, otherwise a trace of double-striking with worn dies on obverse, nevertheless very fine
