Sir John Evans noted two examples as recovered from the Delgany find (Numismatic Chronicle, 1882, pp.61-85), this coin becoming the plate illustration (cf. Pl. IV, no. 4) for his article. The other example passed through the Westminster School collection eventually to Allan Williams, from whose hands it recently sold again in London (Spink 252, 27 March 2018, lot 30).
