1941 (28 Nov.) Straits Settlements 5c. stationery envelope with circular "postage/paid/cents 2" in red alongside, from Singapore to England, uprated $1.92 and showing brown sealing tape and Censor cachet at foot; the envelope with some light overall discolouration and tear at top. Rare, only two recorded. Photo
