Oct.) card (folded) from Enschede to Singapore, carried on the seventh test flight, franked at 35c. (10c. underpaid), showing various instructional markings including framed "Inconnu/Not known", "undelivered for reasons/stated/return to sender", "terug afzender" and, on reverse, Singapore datestamp (11.12) and oval-framed "dead letter office/singapore" d.s. in red
