1938 (7 Sept.) envelope addressed to Hong Kong and flown from Bintulu via Kuching to Singapore, marked "RAF L2164", franked at 8c. and showing Kuching transit d.s. (7.9) on reverse; also Kuching Post Office Mails List for 7th September

Note: L.2164, a flying-boat of No. 30 Squadron on a training flight arrived at Kuching on 5th September under the command of Group Captain J.O. Andrews. On 6th September he flew to Bintulu but returned to Kuching the next day and left for Singapore on the 8th.
