1936 (18 Jan.) envelope flown from Singapore to Kuching, marked "Per Royal Air Force Flying Boat, leaving Singapore 20th January 1936", franked at 5c. and showing, on reverse, arrival datestamp of 20 January with pilot's signature alongside. Very rare, only two letters have been recorded from this flight. Photo

Note: On January 20th the RAF Flying-boat K4581 flew from Seletar on an inspection flight to Kuching. The flying-boat returned to Seletar on January 25th.
