(10.9.61) overstruck by London Paid d.s. (30.9), both in red, fine. B.P.A. Certificate (1969) states "lifted and replaced". S.G. 15a. Photo

Note: The only other recorded 1/- bisect is on an 1860 cover to London, last auctioned by Harmers of New York in 2004 for $50,000
