1786 (11 July) entire letter from Margaret Grant, Watermount, St. John's to her sister in Bute, carried on and marked "Flora Man ' War" at lower left, showing manuscript "5" (deleted), "1/-" and "2/11" (on reverse), good to fine unframed "portsmouth/ship-lre", he face panel with recipient's notation at left; transcript of letter included which mentions family matters and comments on local people.
