1874 manuscript "1d" on Cape 1864 Revenue 6d. lilac, surcharged in the identical manner of the 4d. postage stamp (S.G. 1), three examples with one unused, one on fragment with part manuscript date and one (horizontal crease) with manuscript "January" and a part signature; the first two marked "Guaranteed" with Walter Morley signature or handstamp, the last marked on the album page as "a gift from Robson Lowe, See The Philatelist October 1970". A scarce and most unusual trio
