Constantinople: 1862 envelope to Scotland bearing 1862 1/- (small faults) neatly cancelled "C", unframed B.P.O. datestamp on reverse, 1883 envelope to U.S.A. bearing 2½d. blue Plate 23 and 1885 envelope to Washington and redirected to Virginia bearing 1883-84 2½d., both cancelled "C" and with B.P.O. datestamp in red alongside the adhesives, and 1887 1d. card (Quarantine Circular message on reverse) to England, cancelled "C" and with B.P.O. datestamp on face, all superb strikes
