New Fire-Office Company: 1783 (5 February) an Agreement appointing Isaac and Keen as agent to The New Fire-Office Company at Bocking in Essex. This is a very early document for this company, which was founded in 1782 and soon adopted their new name, the Phoenix Assurance Company
