Limerick and Waterford Railway Co., share no.331, 18[27], scrollwork at left, black, green paper seal at bottom right. The first authorised railway in Ireland, formed to connect Limerick with Clonmel with a branch to Waterford. The railway was not built and it was not until 1845 that another company was authorised to connect the towns. VF and rare. [R10]
