Ganna Walska (1887-1984) was a well-known Polish opera singer, illustrious and admired for her beauty. She married six times, four times to very wealthy husbands. Her opera career inspired Orson Welles for writing a character in his film 'Citizen Kane'. In 1927, Walska founded this Parisian company to promote her line of beauty products. Later she moved to California, purchased an estate near Santa Barbara and spent the next 43 years creating her famous "Lotusland botanical gardens". Rare. EF.
