Registration certificate complete for the years 1940-45, and rare thus paid with 1931 Postage 3d. grey- blue and blue surcharged "Ondonga/ 5/-" in red, (4), and 1937 "Mail Train" 1½d. brown similarly surcharged in black (2), each cancelled with oval "native commissioner" handstamps in violet. one 3d. damaged, otherwise attractive and rare.
