Note: Early in May a very few additional covers were added to the mail. They were all franked with the ordinary Caribou 3c. During the period of waiting for the weather a third lot of mail had accumulated, so on 12 July the bag was opened and a further 25 letters include, all franked with the Alcock $1 stamp.
