Complete telegraph form headed "british bechuanaland telegraphs", with "buluwayo/ matabeleland" c.d.s. for 23rd July, without date slug but likely to be 1894 as explained in research offered with the lot which includes a photo of the Telegraph office from which it was sent. Extremely unusual usage.
