1855 (11 Feb.) entire letter from Christchurch to Norfolk, Virginia, rated "4" and bearing 1852-55 (1d.) pale blue with clear to large margins and lightly cancelled "2", additionally tied by fine "steamship/10" handstamp and with superb Crowned Circle "paid/at/barbados" handstamp alongside, the reverse with Parish "2", despatch, St. Thomas (14.2) and Kingston (27.2) double-arc datestamps.
