Feb. and Apr.) wrappers, the February example (fragile, some defects) showing framed "too late" and mysteriously bearing a rarely seen small black on pale blue Parcel Post label, and part Advocate and "Herald" newspaper "headers"; fair to fine strikes of the handstamp and datestamps. An unusual pair of items showing provisional usage of the handstamp during a shortage of ¼d. stamps
