Edward VI (1547-53), coinage in the name of Henry VIII, Pennies (2), both Bristol, 0.59g, m.m. none, he 8 d g rosa sine spina, Lombardic lettering, crowned facing bust with more body, rev. civi tas bris tolie, long cross over shield; 0.57g, he 8 d g rosa sine spin, rose in legend, pellet stops, rev.trefoil after tas (N.1887; S.2422, 2423; Stewartby p.530), the first obverse porous, nearly fine/good fine, the second with a small chip, otherwise very fine, both rare (2)
