II, single with ample to large margins all around, deep rich color, cancelled by four neat pen strokes on all-over front and back Valentines drop cover printed in bronze, the cover is large measuring 200x135mm, the design is mostly floral but also depict two facing birds at the sides, very fine and attractive.
