#29L1, Browne & Co.'s City Post Office, Cincinnati, Ohio, 1c Black, large margins to just touching, tied by black "City Post" cancel to the reverse of an embossed lady's cover to Covington, Kentucky, entered to mails with 3c Brownish carmine (#11A) which is uncancelled but for traces of blue ink from postmark offset on the back, blue "Cincinnati, O./Jun 21" datestamp with integral "5" rate on front, very fine and rare; 2013 PF certificate.
