British Asia principally 20th century mostly mint collection to the 1970's in mounts and housed in a Minkus album, lacks India and Indian States, but good Malaya and Middle East are present, as well as some varieties, starts with Straits Settlements 1912-23 George V set to $5.00, then numerous varieties of the 1922 Malaya-Borneo Exhibition (exi-Ulrich), then 1936 George V and 1937-41 George VI set, the states are complete from the 1948 Silver Wedding, but some contain earlier material such as Kedah 1922 Malaya-Borneo Exhibition and 1937 Sultan Shah, Kelantan 1922 Malaya-Borneo Exhibition and 1937-40 Sultan Ismail sets, Negri Sembilan 1935-40 Arms set, Perak 1935-37 and 1938-41 Sultan Iskandar sets, Trengganu 1910-19 Sultan Zenalabidin to $5.00, Singapore is complete to 1980 with both perfs. of George VI, but lacking the first 150th Anniversary souvenir sheet, Sarawak from 1928-71 cplt, Brunei cplt. to 1975, the Middle East includes Aden and States, Bahrain, Kuwait 1939-72 cplt., Muscat and Muscat and Oman cplt. to 1972, Palestine with #1 and some later sets, Qatar, Trucial States including Abu Dhabi 1966 surcharges set, and more, a clean and desirable lot of virtually all o.g., l.h. or n.h., fine-very fine stamps.
