#PR98, 60c Pink, a handsome appearing mint example of this Bureau issue Newspaper stamp rarity, particularly well centered for this, lovely bright color, full original gum, light h.r., small tear at lower left, light creasing along the top perforations and a light vertical ink smear at top right, very fine appearance.
