1845 90r black, type IIa, intermediate impression, and 30r black, type II, worn impression, a very fine 90r type IIa example of this rare stamp with clear to huge margins, together with 30r, cut slightly into on one side, clear to huge margins in other respects, both tied by red ''Correio Geral Da Corte'' c.d.s. with indistinct date, and paying the single maritime rate not exceeding half ounce on cover from Rio de Janeiro to Porto Alegre, a postal history rarity of considerable importance being one of only two covers recorded exhibiting the significant 90r value type IIa; please see previous lot to fully appreciate the high desirability and importance of the type IIa; 2010 Moorhouse certificate; RHM 5, 7D;
