#2N55, 1919 20f Dark brown Romanian Occupation, first Debrecen issue, top left corner strip of four tied to the reverse of registered cover to Helyben by "Hodmezovasarhely/919 Aug 24" c.d.s., censor st. line handstamp on the front, small scuff to the bottom of one stamp, otherwise a very fine cover and rare use of these occupation issues (Phil. Hung. #83).
