1868 2kr Brown on yellow Border District Newspaper Tax stamp, unissued value, produced in proof format and mounted on white card, full wide margins all around, very fine; these Border District Newspaper Tax stamps are among the great Hungarian rarities; the 1kr Blue is listed as PR2B and only a few examples mint and used are know, the unissued 2kr mentioned in a footnote below #PR2B is even rarer with only two or three examples known; 1969 Freidl certificate (Phil. Hung. #55; 1,200,000Ft = $4,166.000.
