#761, 764, 1946 2bil P Greenish black pair and 10bil P Greenish black pair, tied to locally run First Day Cover by "Budapest/46 VII 3" c.d.s., backstamped, some edge stains at left, fine; a rare commercial inflation period cover being from 22nd period which was only in affect July 1-3, thus the billion value doves stamps could only be used for the one day of July 3rd on the first day.
