#55 var., 1900 10f Carmine "Turul" without value, block of eight (4x2), all lacking the black numeral "10" value, cancelled with blue post and telegraph seals appearing to be a devaluation marking, some perf, separation, fine -very fine; not listed in the major catalogs so apparently not an issued error but mentioned in some specialize handbooks; also includes an imperforate plate proof of the same variety on yellowish paper (Phil. Hung. #75 var.).
