#16, 1860 15kr Blue and 15kr Black and green revenue, tied to cover to Pest, the postage is tied by "Grosswardein 21/9" c.d.s., backstamped, the revenue is tied by blue two line "kir. Itelotabla/Seged Hivatala (Office of the assistant Clerk of the Royal Court of Appeals), additionally with ms. "X", the fiscal stamp pays the fee for the document that was enclosed in the cover, normally this would have been applied directly to the document, it is however a rare use of a fiscal used on cover even though it did not do postal duty, foxing to the cover affecting the edges of the stamps, a rare usage; 1991 Otto Schaffling certificate.
