II), tied to petite cover to Er Semjen by "Debreczen 7/5" c.d.s., both stamps are well centered, the 3kr is slightly rubbed, cover with small tear at top, fine and attractive, not only a scarce combination of values to make the letter rate but a scarce instance of mixed types; signed R. Calves identifying the types.
