III), diagonal half used as 3kr, a single and diagonal bisect on handmade paper, tied to small piece by ""Topolya 6/10" c.d.s of the Serbian area, cancel neatly ties both stamps together and across the bisected side, this being the scarce of the two ways the 6kr bisct is used making 9kr, fine and scarce
