H&G #B20, 1863 20K+1K Light blue postal envelope on white, mint example of this rare envelope that H&G calls an error issue, according to Epstein this has a D2b stamp imprint in light blue on the backflap with watermark W3 and knife K1, light small stain on front where envelope was adjacent to a wax seal, otherwise very fine; this is an exceptionally elusive envelope receiving the highest rarity rating of 16 in Epstein and is not listed as used in either H&G or Epstein (Epstein #E18Aa).
