#222-27, 1902 1c-12c Meched Provisional, total of ten stamps including two 1c black, both early state printings, one with early control with extra loop, the other later control, both sheet cancelled (c.t.o.), two 2c Black, one first state printing with late control, the other second state printing with early control, both sheet cancelled, a scarce 3c on mesh paper, early state print with later control and sheet canceled, a postally used 5c Violet, second state printing and late control, three 5c Black including one on piece, all three first state printing with late control, and a scarce 12c Blue first state printing with early control with extra loop and sheet cancelled, all with mostly large margins, fine-very fine; all signed by one or more P.L. Pemberton, J. Schlessenger and W. Sellschopp.
